On December 6, 2012, IDC Energy Insights participated in a workshop organized jointly by the European Smart Metering Industry Group (ESMIG) and EURELECTRIC — the Brussels-based association representing the interests of the electricity industry at the pan-European level — to discuss the smart meter rollout progress in Europe. We present some of our findings from the workshop and highlight our market observations.
